For Who? Freshmen and Sophomore Girls who are having difficulty in any of the following areas:

• Experiencing difficulty transitioning to high school
• Having trouble with peer relationships
• Experiencing family problems/trouble getting along with parents
• Feeling stressed or overwhelmed with school
• Feelings of loneliness or “no one understands me”
• Experiencing any of the following symptoms of depression or anxiety:
• Mood swings
• Change in appetite or weight
• Withdrawal from others
• Withdrawal from activities they used to enjoy
• Lack of motivation
• Change in sleeping patterns

When? Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm
            September 23rd-November 11th
